2. Are PADMIE garments ready to ship or made-to-order?
Most PADMIE garments are made-to-order. This allows us to maintain high standards of craftsmanship while reducing unnecessary production and waste.
3. How long does it take to receive my order?
Since most pieces are handcrafted after the order is placed, production typically takes 30-45 business days. Once dispatched, domestic deliveries usually take 3-7 business days, depending on the location.
4. What fabrics are used in PADMIE collections?
PADMIE primarily works with Indian handloom textiles, and about 60-70% of our fabrics are pure, natural, and handloom materials. Wherever required for structure, durability, or functionality, we also incorporate carefully selected machine-made fabrics to enhance the design and performance of the garment.
5. Why do handcrafted garments sometimes have slight irregularities?
Minor variations in weave, texture, or embroidery are a natural result of the handcrafted process. These irregularities are not defects but a reflection of the human touch and individuality behind each piece.
6. Do you offer size exchanges?
Yes. PADMIE allows one-time size exchange for domestic orders within India, provided the request is made the same day of delivery, and the garment is unused with original tags intact.
7. Can I cancel my order after placing it?
As most of our pieces are made-to-order, orders cannot be cancelled once they are placed.
8. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, PADMIE ships internationally. Delivery timelines may vary depending on the destination and customs processing. Any applicable customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend professional dry cleaning only for all PADMIE garments, especially those with delicate fabrics or hand embroidery. Store the garment in a breathable fabric cover away from direct sunlight.
