The purchase of a product does not entitle anyone to disrespect, intimidate, or mistreat the individuals associated with the brand. We are committed to maintaining a respectful and dignified environment for everyone associated with the brand. We kindly request the same level of respect from our customers and collaborators.

We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy toward abusive language, harassment, threats, or any form of disrespect directed toward our artisans, employees, partners, or service providers.

In such circumstances, PADMIE reserves the right to discontinue communication, cancel services, or refuse future transactions with individuals engaging in such behaviour.
