Refund, Return & Exchange Policy

At PADMIE, every piece is thoughtfully crafted with great care and attention to detail. Most of our garments are made-to-order, allowing us to maintain the highest standards of craftsmanship while minimizing excess production.

Please review our policy carefully before placing your order.

Made-to-Order Policy

As each PADMIE piece is crafted specifically for you, all orders placed on our website are considered final. We do not offer cancellations, refunds, or exchanges once an order has been confirmed.

Products purchased during an offline sale are also not eligible for cancellation, refund, return, or exchange.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We take great care to ensure that every order is delivered in perfect condition. However, in the unlikely event that you receive an incorrect item or a product with a genuine manufacturing defect, we will be happy to assist you.

Customers are requested to carefully inspect the package at the time of delivery. If the outer packaging appears damaged, please make a suitable remark with the courier partner before accepting the package.

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us the same day of delivery by emailing service@padmie.com or messaging us on WhatsApp +91 9204636875 with the following details:

  • Order Number
  • Delivery Address
  • Reason for return or complaint
  • Clear photographs of the product and the issue

Our team will review the request and respond with the next steps.

Return Conditions

Returns or exchanges will only be considered under the following circumstances:

  • The product received is different from the item ordered.
  • The product has a genuine manufacturing defect.

If your request is approved, the product must be returned within 5 days from the date of notification by our customer service team.

Returned items must:

  • Be unused and unworn
  • Have all original tags intact
  • Be returned in the original packaging along with the invoice

Once the returned item is received, our team will conduct a quality inspection. After verification, we will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include repair, exchange, or store credit.

Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, minor irregularities in weave, texture, or embroidery should not be considered defects, but rather a natural characteristic of handmade pieces.

Incorrect Shipping Information

PADMIE cannot be held responsible for delivery issues resulting from an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided at the time of order placement.

In cases where the courier partner makes multiple unsuccessful delivery attempts or the shipment is refused by the recipient, the order will not be eligible for a refund.

Colour Disclaimer

We make every effort to display the colours of our products as accurately as possible. However, due to differences in screen settings across devices, slight variations in colour may occur.

Policy Updates

PADMIE reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time without prior notice. In case of any discrepancy, the Terms & Conditions of the website shall take precedence.

Size Exchange (Domestic Orders Only)

We understand that finding the perfect fit is important. PADMIE allows one-time size exchange for domestic orders within India, subject to the following conditions:

* The exchange request must be raised same day of the delivery.
* The garment must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags intact.
* The item must be returned in the original packaging along with the invoice.

Once the returned product is received and inspected by our team, we will process the exchange for the requested size, subject to availability.

Please note that customized pieces, made-to-measure garments, and products purchased during offline sales are not eligible for size exchange.

Customers will be responsible for return shipping charges, while PADMIE will bear the cost of shipping the exchanged item back to the customer.
